Abstract

This article intends to identify the impact of the significant degree of the productivity forces on Argentine farm productivity in this area. Starting from the supposition of the identity between farm and industrial capital, we elaborate on the effect of this expansive process of farm productivity on camp environment, and specially on the controversy about land rent. Taking as highlights the thesis exposed by Marx in the third book of The Capital on land rent, we analyze the potential impact of this homogenization of the technique of the productive forces in the different areas of production, with the object of interpreting the probable tendencies related to disputes between the different capital fractions, as well as as the impact of this real subsumption of the farm capital labor on the family productor and the natural environment.
