Abstract

PROLETRAS teaching pratices in dialogues by the emergence of multiplys literacies in school is a project of continuing education for teachers and prosposes a study half distant involving interactivity, colaboration, cooperation, and co-authored, comprehend the describe, interaction and problematized of the pedagogical practice. The main objective these course continuing education is to listen the agents of the literacies: the propose of the alternatives of action, moments of collective creation, situations reflexives that involving analysis, critical revision, conscious and systematic pedagogical work in all its stages of elaboration: study, aplication, evalution and redefinition in the contexte the of teaching and learning. The methodology involved a) diagnose school reality, b) view about recognise the discusives competences in the groupe analysed. In finale remarks, think the teacher practice is mode of the to assist in the propose continuing education involving description – execution – reflection – deburation and description, exchange of the experiences and elaboration of the projects or resolution problem situations, was elabored the presented course, with the aim to promote of dialogue.
