OS CAMINHOS DA MOBILIZAÇÃO PARA O ENFRENTAMENTO DA ESCA: DESPOLITIZAÇÃO E RESISTÊNCIA

Abstract

This article is to analyze characteristics of the process of mobilization of NGOs - nongovernmental organizations - to combat the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCA) in Brazil, in the last passage of the 1990 for this first decade of this century. The starting point is the mobilization of social movements in defense and guarantee of the rights of children and adolescents. To achieve this goal seeks to contextualize arguments and bring political, economic and social analysis to help the relationship between state and society that, due to cyclical changes occurring, sued changes that changed the nature of this relationship in the period analyzed.
