PEDAGOGIA ONTOPSICOLOGICA NA ORIENTAÇÃO DO ESTÁGIO DOS ANOS INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

Presented in this article are the main findings that result from the research we are developing since 2009 with the aim of clarifying the application of theoretical and methodological principles of Ontopsychological pedagogy in the fostering of teacher during the course of the discipline of Supervised Internship for Early Years of Elementary School. What we are doing has the overall goal of explaining this methodology in the guidance process and understand its relevance and contribution to the main problems encountered in school pedagogy nowadays. In this article we bring the main theoretical discussions and empirical investigations made during these three years on this pedagogy applied in the direction of educators in internships. We understand that the contribution of this paper is to enable the knowledge of the application of this pedagogy, as well as contribute to the debate about the methodologies and fostering processes in the orientations for internships in the course of Pedagogy and its impact on changes in the educational practices at school. The main contributions of the Onthopsychological pedagogy are: a) understanding the person of the teacher and of the student in its entirety, considering the conscious and unconscious dimensions, b) identification of the human criteria that discriminate and guides the actions of the pedagogue, c) the responsible role of the person of the teacher and of the student in educational practices, d) the learning of knowledge as an exercise of the instinct of ownership in relation to human faculties, e) the technique in making pedagogy for human creativity. We try to explain in what consists such pedagogy, in which context it was born and, then, this principles found in the research.
