SEGURANÇA PSICOLÓGICA E SAÚDE MENTAL NO TRABALHO: UMA AGENDA PARA A PESQUISA E PARA A INTERVENÇÃO NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES

Resumo

A saúde mental tornou-se uma das principais questões da agenda de saúde e segurança do trabalho, e a segurança psicológica vem sendo apontada como uma das condições do ambiente psicossocial mais diretamente associadas à proteção do bem-estar dos trabalhadores. O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a relação entre segurança psicológica e saúde mental no trabalho e suas implicações para a pesquisa e para a intervenção nas organizações. Argumenta-se que a segurança psicológica deve ser delimitada como propriedade relacional e ambiental, distinta de seus antecedentes, condições e desfechos em saúde mental. Sistematizam-se os mecanismos que a articulam à saúde mental e as evidências empíricas disponíveis, bem como o alinhamento com as ISO 45003:2021 e 10075 e o marco regulatório brasileiro (Norma Regulamentadora nº 1). Conclui-se com uma agenda de pesquisa que articula requisitos de mensuração, desenhos de pesquisa e um modelo de intervenção organizado por níveis de prevenção e abrangência, orientado ao redesenho das condições de trabalho e não à responsabilização individual.
