PREVALÊNCIA DE DESVANTAGEM VOCAL EM PROFESSORES: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Objetivo: Identificar a prevalência de desvantagem vocal (DV) em professores pelo Índice de Desvantagem Vocal (IDV). Métodos: Revisão sistemática em seis bases (PubMed, ERIC, LILACS, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science) de forma qualitativa. Resultados: Dos 2.762 artigos, incluiu-se 29, totalizando 19.474 professores de 21 países. A maioria dos estudos (n=7) usou o IDV-10 com ponto de corte ≥ 11. Destes, as taxas variaram entre 11,2% (Malásia) até 37,5% (Singapura). Conclusão: Esta RS identificou que a prevalência de DV é mais alta entre professores que atuam no educação infantil/pré-escola, seguida pelo ensino fundamental e médio, indicando o impacto das exigências laborais e organização do trabalho na ocorrência de distúrbios vocais. De modo geral, houve grande variabilidade entre as taxas de DV (0,59% a 95,6%), que pode ser explicada pela falta de padronização nos pontos de corte, evidenciando a urgência de uniformização metodológica em estudos futuros.
