EDUCACIÓN ACTUAL DE LOS IDEALES REVOLUCIONARIOS PARA ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS EN EL CONTEXTO DE LA INTEGRACIÓN INTERNACIONAL EN VIETNAM
CURRENT EDUCATION OF REVOLUTIONARY IDEALS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION IN VIETNAM

RESUMEN: El actual proceso de integración económica internacional ha tenido impacto en las percepciones, pensamientos y sentimientos de los estudiantes y se refleja en sus comportamientos vitales, afectando a sus ideales revolucionarios de forma positiva y negativa. Para promover los efectos positivos y limitar los negativos, la educación de los ideales revolucionarios se ha convertido en una necesidad urgente para fortalecer la educación moral y de estilo de vida, y promover estos ideales entre ellos. Este artículo es resultado de un estudio realizado a partir de una encuesta a 667 estudiantes de la Universidad de Tecnología y Educación de Ho Chi Minh entre junio y agosto de 2021. Los resultados reflejan la realidad de los ideales revolucionarios de la educación de los estudiantes de esta universidad. A partir de ahí, los autores proponen soluciones para

mejorar la eficacia de los ideales revolucionarios de la educación en el contexto de integración internacional.

ABSTRACT: The current process of international economic integration has strongly impacted students’ perceptions, thoughts and feelings and is reflected in all their life behaviors, affecting their revolutionary ideals in positive and negative ways. To promote the positive effects brought about by international integration and limit the negative ones, education of revolutionary ideals has become an urgent need to strengthen moral and lifestyle education, and promote revolutionary ideals to students. This article is the result of a study conducted based on a survey with 667 students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education from June to August 2021. The results fully reflect the reality of the revolutionary ideals of education for students at this university. Based on this, the authors propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of the revolutionary ideals of education for students of the University in the current context of international integration.

O atual processo de integração econômica internacional vem tendo forte impacto nas percepções, pensamentos e sentimentos dos alunos e se reflete em todos os seus comportamentos. Esse fenômeno afeta os ideais revolucionários dos estudantes de maneira positiva e, também, negativa. Do lado positivo, a integração econômica internacional é considerada uma força motriz para o progresso social, oferece condições e oportunidades favoráveis para que os alunos aprendam, pratiquem e se desenvolvam. Além disso, a integração internacional carrega suas desvantagens, seus impactos negativos e dá origem a diversos problemas sociais complexos, afetando o processo de formação, desenvolvimento e realização dos ideais revolucionários dos estudantes. Referindo-se a estes impactos negativos, o nosso Partido afirmou: “O mecanismo de mercado e a integração internacional, além de seus grandes efeitos positivos, também revelaram seu lado negativo. Consequentemente, afetou a consciência, a ideologia, a moralidade de nosso povo e o estilo de vida” (PARTIDO COMUNISTA DO VIETNÃ, 1998). Para promover os efeitos positivos trazidos pela integração internacional e limitar os negativos, a educação dos ideais revolucionários para os jovens em geral e os estudantes em particular tornou-se uma necessidade urgente.
Em torno da questão da educação de ideais revolucionários para jovens em geral e estudantes em particular, nos últimos anos, muitos autores têm pesquisado em diferentes aspectos e abordagens. Estes foram apresentados na forma de livros, teses, artigos e tópicos de pesquisa científica em todos os níveis. Especificamente, quanto aos estudos na forma de livros, há autores como: Do Muoi (1995), Ho Duc Viet (1996), Dang Quoc Bao (1997), Doan Nam Dan (2002), Tran Quy Nhon (2005), Duong Tu Dam (2002), Doan Van Thai (2002), Pham Dinh Nghiep (2004), Nguyen Duc Tien (2005), Ho Chi Minh União da Juventude Comunista (2007). Esses trabalhos apenas avaliam brevemente o nível de esclarecimento dos ideais socialistas dos jovens sem entrar em detalhes sobre cada questão e mesmo não mencionam a situação real do desenvolvimento dos ideais socialistas para os jovens no período atual. Na forma de teses, dissertações e tópicos de pesquisa em todos os níveis, há trabalhos dos autores: Projeto científico estadual, código NN.7 em 1995 por Pham Tat Dong (editor), Doan Nam Dan (2000), Tran Van Mieu (2002), Diep Minh Giang (2005), Tran Dinh Bao (2007), Tran Van Hai (2007).
Atualmente, a Educação dos ideais revolucionários desempenha um papel muito importante no processo de construção do socialismo no Vietnã. A fim de construir com sucesso o socialismo, deve haver novas pessoas socialistas, isso significa que deve haver pessoas que se desenvolvam plenamente em capacidade, força física, força mental. A educação é um dos métodos mais importantes para criar pessoas socialistas – que são as pessoas amplamente desenvolvidas, que servem à causa de construir e defender o estado socialista vietnamita.
Os principais métodos utilizados neste artigo são a pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa. No primeiro, os autores utilizam principalmente a análise documental secundária das pesquisas e a análise de documentos como: livros, dissertações, artigos publicados em periódicos de pesquisa científica, estatísticas em sites e relatórios de autoridades em todos os níveis. O objetivo da revisão de literatura é encontrar instruções teóricas e práticas para o autor detectar e analisar o problema de pesquisa. Ao mesmo tempo, a revisão da literatura ajuda os autores a sintetizar as informações e dados necessários para apontar as lacunas na documentação, as ferramentas teóricas e os métodos para identificar novas ferramentas e
métodos de pesquisa. Neste último, foi realizado um método de levantamento por questionário online, e os dados processados pelo método estatístico SPSS.
Os resultados da pesquisa foram conduzidos com uma amostra de 289 alunos da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh de junho a agosto de 2021. Essa amostra incluiu 32,2% estudantes do sexo feminino (n = 215) e 67,8% do sexo masculino (n = 452); a proporção de calouros é de 63,0% (n = 420), de 2º ano é de 26,2% (n = 175), de alunos de terceiro ano é de 7,5% (n = 50), de alunos de quarto ano é de 2,1% (n = 14)
, e a partir do quinto ano ou mais é de 1,2% (n = 8). Entre os alunos do primeiro ano aos alunos do quinto ano ou mais, o sistema de formação de alta qualidade responde por 37,0% do total de alunos (n = 247), o sistema de massa responde por 63,0% do total de alunos (n = 420), nos seguintes setores: Engenharia (74,5%, n = 497), Economia (19,3%, n = 129), Línguas estrangeiras e design de moda (6,1%, n = 41).
Hoje em dia, os impactos negativos do lado negro da economia de mercado e da integração internacional, a resistência das forças hostis, a influência de correntes culturais tóxicas fizeram com que uma parte dos adolescentes do nosso país, incluindo os estudantes, esvaecessem os objetivos e ideais do Partido. Além disso, não estão devidamente cientes das conspirações e artimanhas do inimigo, seguem o pragmatismo, assim como o prazer, têm preguiça de aprender e trabalhar, não participam de atividades de massa e caem em males sociais. Portanto, compreender a transformação dos ideais revolucionários dos estudantes em geral e dos estudantes da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh em particular no contexto de integração e desenvolvimento na cidade de Ho Chi Minh é agora realmente necessário para orientar melhores planos e soluções para o educação dos ideais revolucionários. De acordo com os resultados da nossa pesquisa, a maioria dos estudantes da universidade pesquisada acredita que a transformação de seus ideais revolucionários no contexto de integração e desenvolvimento na cidade de Ho Chi Minh hoje é tanto positiva quanto negativa, o que representa o maior percentual (45,9%). A avaliação sobre a transformação dos ideais revolucionários do aluno no sentido positivo responde por 42,4%, no sentido negativo responde por 1,6% e 10,0% é o percentual da avaliação “difícil de determinar” (Tabela 1).

A fim de perceber e avaliar a transformação dos ideais revolucionários dos estudantes no atual contexto de integração e desenvolvimento na cidade de Ho Chi Minh, sua confiança no marxismo-leninismo, no pensamento de Ho Chi Minh e nas políticas de reforma iniciadas e lideradas pelo Partido Comunista do Vietname desempenha um papel principal e importante. Porque, se a moralidade e a personalidade das pessoas forem desenvolvidas incorretamente, elas não poderão se tornar o futuro dono do país. Além disso, eles também são facilmente provocados, manipulados e caem na trama de evolução pacífica e tumultos. Assim, o oportunismo facilmente prevalecerá e se desenvolverá. Portanto, descobrir as causas da deterioração dos ideais revolucionários de uma parte dos estudantes na cidade de Ho Chi Minh hoje ajudará administradores educacionais, professores e líderes em todos os níveis a compreender a causa. Com base nisso, existem soluções adequadas de inovação educacional. De acordo com os resultados da nossa pesquisa, há muitas razões para o declínio dos ideais revolucionários de uma parte dos estudantes da cidade de Ho Chi Minh hoje. Em que, o impacto do meio social responde pela maior proporção (35,6%), a avaliação de “muitos alunos percebem mal em suas visões de vida” respondendo por 31,2%, a avaliação de “educação moral e popularização ainda é limitada”, conta para 21,0% e a avaliação de “falta de cuidado familiar” com 12,1% (Tabela 2).

A identificação das causas acima revela que a educação dos ideais revolucionários é eficaz no desenvolvimento da personalidade humana; esta é uma forma para que as pessoas se adaptem e sobrevivam em todas as circunstâncias. A questão é: como educar? Por qual método? O conteúdo e a forma são adequados aos valores éticos, humanísticos, culturais e políticos? De acordo com o ponto de vista do marxismo-leninismo, a educação ajuda a formar os seres humanos plenamente desenvolvidos, aqueles que se sabe serem imbuídos de todo o conhecimento da humanidade, do qual o comunismo é o resultado, porque o futuro da humanidade depende inteiramente da educação da crescente geração de mão de obra (MARX; ENGELS; LENIN; STALIN, 1967), na qual a educação para criar a confiança ocupa o papel mais importante. Com muitas formas e conteúdos de educação de ideais revolucionários para estudantes no contexto da integração internacional, gradualmente criamos a confiança, e construímos, consolidamos e promovemos os ideais revolucionários para a geração jovem, especialmente estudantes que estudam nas universidades do país. De acordo com os resultados da nossa pesquisa com alunos da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh, a maioria dos alunos agora acredita fortemente no marxismo- leninismo, no pensamento de Ho Chi Minh e na política de reforma iniciada e liderada pelo Partido Comunista do Vietnã. Especificamente, a porcentagem de estudantes que têm absoluta confiança no marxismo-leninismo e no pensamento de Ho Chi Minh é de 97,5%, na linha de renovação iniciada e liderada pelo Partido Comunista do Vietnã é de 97,7%. A taxa de desconfiança é muito baixa (apenas de 2,2% a 2,5%) (Tabela 3).

Embora a grande maioria dos estudantes em nossa amostra de pesquisa mostre claramente sua confiança quase absoluta, ainda há um pequeno grupo de estudantes que não depositou sua confiança no marxismo-leninismo, no pensamento de Ho Chi Minh e na política de reforma iniciada e liderada pelo Partido Comunista Partido do Vietnã (apenas de 2,2% para 2,5%). Esta realidade exige que o Partido, o Estado e as organizações sociopolíticas como a União da Juventude, a União dos Estudantes, a União das Mulheres do Vietnã e a Frente da Pátria do Vietnã prestem mais atenção à educação e à promoção de ideais revolucionários para os estudantes, a fim de realizar com sucesso a causa da industrialização e modernização do país, construir e desenvolver o país de acordo com a orientação socialista definida pelo Partido, Tio Ho e nosso povo. Para cumprir este requisito, é necessário ter avaliações precisas e objetivas da educação revolucionária ideal para os alunos no contexto da integração internacional em termos de conteúdo, forma, métodos, assuntos cognitivos e educacionais.
Para desenvolver soluções para melhorar a eficácia da educação de ideais revolucionários para estudantes no contexto da integração internacional no Vietnã hoje, é preciso saber que desempenha um papel importante na elevação do senso de autorrespeito nacional, elevando os ideais revolucionários no processo de construção e defesa nacional. Segundo Marx, qualidade é o que eleva as pessoas acima de tudo, o que agrega valor às suas atividades. Devemos escolher nossos ideais revolucionários para que não sejamos escravos e possamos ser criativos em nossa própria esfera.
Uma avaliação do conteúdo e da forma de educação dos ideais revolucionários para os alunos segundo o pensamento, o exemplo moral e o estilo de Ho Chi Minh nas universidades atuais mostra que, para fornecer recursos aos alunos, o método educacional que toca o coração é o mais importante 1. Como resultado, os sujeitos educacionais entendem o que os alunos precisam e não têm para apoiar. Capturar as qualidades morais e o estilo de vida dos alunos é uma das maneiras e métodos para tocar o coração dos alunos, entendê-los melhor e fornecer recursos para os alunos que precisam de apoio. De acordo com os resultados de nossa pesquisa, existem muitas qualidades morais para promover ideais revolucionários para estudantes, como patriotismo; altruísmo, bondade, amor pelas pessoas; piedade filial aos avós, pais; solidariedade e harmonia com amigos, irmãos e irmãs; respeito, cortesia e gratidão aos professores; obedecendo à lei (Tabela 4).

Da educação que toca o coração dos alunos, compreendendo as qualidades intrínsecas, a moral e os recursos dos alunos, a educação de ideais morais revolucionários nas universidades está, portanto, também mais intimamente relacionada ao conteúdo e à forma. Especificamente, no ensino superior, as qualidades e a ética nos ideais revolucionários, que são focalizados e popularizados, são o patriotismo e o amor ao povo; coragem, confiança; modéstia, simplicidade, parcimônia; solidariedade, benevolência, altruísmo, tolerância; a vontade e determinação para alcançar os melhores resultados de aprendizagem; polidez, respeito pelos outros; proteger o ambiente natural (Tabela 5).

No documento do VIII Congresso Nacional dos Deputados, o Partido determinou que a educação do pensamento político, a formação da moral revolucionária e o anti- individualismo são tarefas importantes, pois, para a geração jovem, o cuidado com a educação, a promoção e a formação de desenvolvimento abrangente da política, ideologia, moralidade, estilo de vida, cultura, saúde e profissão, etc., ajudará a criar empregos, desenvolver talentos e criatividade, promover o papel de pioneirismo na causa da construção e defesa nacional (PARTIDO COMUNISTA DO VIETNÃ, 1998). Portanto, todo o Partido estudou seriamente o marxismo-leninismo e o pensamento de Ho Chi Minh. Cada nível de comitê e cada ramo tem um plano para revisar periodicamente a implementação do Testamento do Presidente Ho Chi Minh para melhorar a moralidade revolucionária e combater o individualismo. No documento do 10º Congresso Nacional dos Deputados, o nosso Partido continua a aderir ao marxismo-leninismo e ao pensamento de Ho Chi Minh,
aplica-os criativamente, desenvolve-os de acordo com as realidades vietnamitas e adere firmemente ao objetivo da independência nacional e do socialismo (PARTIDO COMUNISTA DO VIETNÃ, 2006):
Elevar a coragem política e o nível intelectual de todo o Partido, de cada quadro e de cada membro do partido; especialmente dos principais líderes em todos os níveis; para que não flutuem em hipótese alguma;
Ser firme na política de reforma, anti-dogmatismo, anti-conservadorismo, anti- estagnação ou anti-subjetividade, anti-pressa, anti-reforma sem princípios;
Melhorar a qualidade e eficácia do trabalho ideológico e teórico;
Continuar a reformar conteúdos e métodos, melhorar ainda mais a combatividade, a persuasão e a eficácia da divulgação ideológica e do estudo do marxismo-leninismo, do pensamento de Ho Chi Minh, das linhas e visões do Partido, das políticas e leis do Estado; popularizar e incentivar novos fatores, os exemplos avançados, os exemplos de boas pessoas, boas ações; educar as tradições patrióticas e revolucionárias; renovar e melhorar a qualidade da teoria política e da educação cívica no sistema de instituições políticas e nas instituições do sistema nacional de educação;
Cada quadro e membro do Partido deve estudar e aperfeiçoar sua teoria política;
Formular e implementar regulamentos que todos os membros do Partido são diretamente responsáveis pelo trabalho ideológico;
Os quadros-chave do Comitê do Partido devem entrar em contato regular e dialogar diretamente com o povo, apreender, avaliar e prever proativamente os desenvolvimentos ideológicos dos quadros e membros do partido e tomar medidas oportunas;
Lutar resolutamente para derrotar todos os complôs e evolução pacífica das forças hostis;
Prevenir, combater e criticar ativamente as manifestações de autoevolução e
autotransformação em nosso país;
Superar a deterioração do pensamento político, moralidade e estilo de vida entre um grande número de quadros e membros do partido;
Manter a unidade do Partido e o consenso social;
Reformar as atividades para comemorar feriados importantes de forma prática e eficaz.
Cultivar as qualidades morais revolucionárias e combater o individualismo estudando e seguindo o exemplo moral de Ho Chi Minh é uma tarefa importante regular e de longo prazo de quadros, membros do partido, ramos, organizações partidárias e classes de pessoas. Cada quadro e membro do partido cultiva e pratica constantemente a moralidade revolucionária e é verdadeiramente um exemplo de qualidades morais e estilo de vida. Os resultados do processo de educação dos ideais revolucionários, a educação da confiança no marxismo-leninismo, o pensamento de Ho Chi Minh e o papel de liderança do Partido estão claramente refletidos nos conteúdos e formas de educação para potencializar o papel dos ideais revolucionários no contexto da integração internacional.
Os resultados da nossa pesquisa mostram que os alunos estão bem cientes do papel da educação dos ideais revolucionários no atual contexto de integração internacional, especificamente no combate à corrupção, burocracia, perda da democracia; manutenção da estabilidade política e da segurança social; promoção da identidade cultural nacional; continuar a campanha para construir e corrigir o Partido; fortalecimento do grande bloco de unidade nacional. Além disso, os alunos entendem que é necessário desenvolver uma economia de mercado orientada para o socialismo; manter o objetivo da independência nacional e do socialismo; combater o risco de desvio do socialismo (Tabela 6).

A aplicação dos métodos de ensino e popularização dos conteúdos e formas na educação dos ideais revolucionários deve ser adequada à situação real, às demandas da sociedade, à consciência e ao nível dos educandos. Só assim podemos atrair os alunos e tornar a educação altamente eficaz, construindo assim a confiança e a felicidade no estilo de vida, nas ações e na aprendizagem dos alunos. Além disso, também cria uma força motriz de solidariedade, amor mútuo, espírito e vontade de autoconfiança na construção e defesa do país. Especificamente, o conteúdo do currículo da educação dos ideais revolucionários nas universidades hoje tem feito os alunos felizes quando ajudam os outros em seus momentos de dificuldades e tribulações. Além disso, os aprendizes sabem perdoar os outros quando se arrependeram e corrigiram erros; têm solidariedade e cooperação para criar força e eficácia no trabalho; entendem que a participação nas atividades de construção e proteção da pátria é responsabilidade e obrigação dos estudantes e jovens; a proteção do ambiente e dos recursos naturais é também da responsabilidade dos estudantes e jovens; a proteção dos valores culturais tradicionais da nação também é responsabilidade dos estudantes e jovens. Além disso, sabem que é necessário participar ativamente das atividades de doação de sangue, voluntariado; e precisam ser proativos, positivos, dinâmicos, criativos no aprendizado, no trabalho e ter um estilo de vida adequado à natureza das futuras gerações do país (Tabela 7).

Em que movimentos e atividades são um dos conteúdos incluídos para educação e divulgação, sendo muito apreciados pelos alunos (Tabela 8).
Em nossa pesquisa, a pesquisa resulta da avaliação dos alunos sobre o conteúdo e a forma de educação ideal revolucionária para os alunos de acordo com o pensamento de Ho Chi Minh, o exemplo moral e o estilo nas instituições atualmente mostram que tanto o conteúdo quanto a forma são muito ricos, atraentes para os alunos. No entanto, uma pequena parte dos alunos acha que o conteúdo não é adequado, a forma é chata, mas essa proporção não é alta (2,8%) (Tabela 9).

Uma das questões da educação de ideais revolucionários para estudantes no contexto da integração internacional é defender ideais e determinação para o objetivo de construir e defender a pátria socialista. O presidente Ho Chi Minh disse que a prática da luta revolucionária é o melhor lugar para educar os ideais para a geração jovem. A iluminação dos ideais não se concentra apenas na percepção, mas também se manifesta no espírito e na determinação de realizar o ideal. Segundo ele, os jovens são os futuros donos do país; portanto, desde o presente, eles devem se preparar para isso, sendo necessário estudar duramente política, tecnologia, cultura, mas a primeira coisa é praticar e estar imbuídos do pensamento socialista e remover o individualismo... O presidente Ho Chi Minh uma vez enfatizou que “Os jovens precisam ter espírito e coragem, criatividade; eles precisam ter o espírito de entusiasmo e o espírito de seguir em frente, superando todas as dificuldades e dificuldades para progredir continuamente” (HO, 2000).
Na educação da geração jovem, o papel das instituições e associações é muito importante. O presidente Ho Chi Minh uma vez enfatizou o papel das instituições e da indústria de educação e treinamento. Pode-se dizer que as instituições são o ambiente mais favorável para a educação dos jovens em todos os aspectos: cultivando a moral, a vontade e praticando as qualidades e a personalidade necessárias para um futuro brilhante. Além disso, a União da Juventude Comunista de Ho Chi Minh é uma organização revolucionária fundada e treinada pelo próprio presidente Ho Chi Minh e pelo Partido Comunista do Vietnã. Durante a revolução vietnamita, a União da Juventude Comunista de Ho Chi Minh fez grandes contribuições para a causa revolucionária da nação. Esta é uma organização e um ambiente para a juventude patriota praticar e se dedicar. Para promover o papel da juventude, Ho Chi Minh aconselhou: “A União Central da Juventude precisa fortalecer ainda mais a educação do
patriotismo, o esclarecimento de classe e a moralidade revolucionária para membros do sindicato e jovens” (HO, 2000).
No contexto da integração internacional, a União da Juventude Comunista de Ho Chi Minh está promovendo cada vez mais seu papel, ao lado da juventude e dos estudantes na orientação, promoção e cultivo dos ideais revolucionários. Nos resultados de nossa pesquisa, as atividades voltadas à educação de ideais revolucionários para alunos nas escolas e turmas geralmente envolvem sujeitos educacionais como administradores escolares (representando 17,8% dos participantes); os professores (oficiais e visitantes) da Faculdade de Teoria Política (representando 22,3% dos participantes), União dos Estudantes (representando 24,4% dos participantes), União da Juventude (representando 26,1% dos participantes), os orientadores acadêmicos (representando 9,5% dos participantes).
Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que os alunos podem acessar as mais diversas fontes de informação, tais como: meios de comunicação de massa (televisão, internet, livros, etc.) (22,4%); pelo tema do pensamento de Ho Chi Minh, a História do Partido, Filosofia Marxista-Leninista (19,9%); por meio de ações lançadas pela União da Juventude e União dos Estudantes (18,5%); a Comissão do Partido da Escola, a Faculdade de Teoria Política (15,3%), e através do lançamento do Conselho de Administração da Escola e dos clubes estudantis (13,5% e 10,4%, respetivamente) (Tabela 10).

A Tabela 11 mostra a pergunta feita aos respondentes da pesquisa: Como aluno da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh, em seu estudo, trabalho, criatividade e estilo de vida, indique seu nível de avaliação com os seguintes conteúdos?
Os resultados da pesquisa na Tabela 11 mostram que a maioria dos alunos está imbuída de ideais revolucionários e concretiza os ideais revolucionários em ações regulares como ter um estilo de vida saudável e não cair na sociedade do mal; ter um estilo de vida simples e econômico; ter espírito de aprendizado e ser modesto; ter um estilo de vida limpo, arrumado, higiênico e pontual; ser honesto, objetivo, crítico e autocrítico; promover a tradição de “beba água, lembre-se de sua fonte”, despertando o espírito de solidariedade comunitária, o espírito de amor mútuo, assistência mútua do povo vietnamita; ser positivo, proativo, criativo no aprendizado e abnegado pela comunidade, superando corajosamente todas as dificuldades por nobres propósitos e ideais. Isso mostra claramente nossa confiança nos ideais revolucionários iniciados e liderados por nosso Partido, na linha do Partido, no Marxismo-Leninismo e no Pensamento de Ho Chi Minh.

Os resultados da análise revelam que a maioria dos alunos tem boa consciência sociopolítica. Eles estão imbuídos de valores morais e ideais revolucionários. Transformar ideais em ações no estilo de vida, ações; aperfeiçoar sua própria personalidade e ética são atender às necessidades da integração internacional. Além disso, há uma parcela de estudantes que ainda é indiferente à política e à situação do país. Eles não têm opiniões próprias, não assumem uma postura firme e não compreendem a educação dos ideais revolucionários nas escolas. Além disso, são indiferentes aos desenvolvimentos sociais, carecem de confiança no marxismo-leninismo, no pensamento de Ho Chi Minh e na liderança do Partido, bem como na renovação do país. Isso levará a ser facilmente provocado, manipulado e seduzido. Este é um problema alarmante para todos os níveis e setores, especialmente os sujeitos que implementam a educação, porque as forças hostis estão tentando ao máximo se opor e destruir nosso país com o objetivo de transformar a ideologia e diminuir o prestígio do Partido na percepção dos estudantes.
Primeiro, educação, treinamento, promoção e criação de todas as condições favoráveis para que os alunos se esforcem, treinem e se desenvolvam de forma abrangente, tanto física, mental e espiritualmente, para atender às exigências da causa do desenvolvimento nacional. São pessoas que vivem com ambição, altos ideais, conhecimento, saúde e senso de responsabilidade cívica. Para isso, é necessário fortalecer a educação e a formação dos jovens nos seguintes aspectos: qualidades políticas, ética revolucionária, melhoria das qualificações e habilidades profissionais, etc.
Segundo, organizar campanhas e movimentos extensos para educar e treinar estudantes, como: a campanha “Estude e siga o exemplo moral de Ho Chi Minh” para ajudar os alunos a construir, cultivar, fomentar a moralidade revolucionária, viver com ideais, confiança, sonhos e ambições ; ou o movimento “Emular, voluntariar-se, construir e defender
a Pátria” para mobilizar os alunos a desenvolver suas potencialidades, estudar e praticar ativamente para que possam contribuir com seus talentos e juventude para a causa da construção e defesa nacional; e o movimento “Todas as pessoas constroem uma vida cultural” para ajudar os alunos a se conscientizarem de sua responsabilidade cívica, terem compaixão, solidariedade, amor e afeto mútuos, viverem uma vida culta, terem amor de aldeia e amor ao próximo. Por meio dessas campanhas e movimentos, os alunos gradualmente formam dinamismo, criatividade; eles ousam pensar, ousam fazer; têm vontade e energia, bravura e confiança; mesmo eles estão determinados a trazer todos os seus talentos, capacidade e juventude para contribuir para a construção e desenvolvimento de um país cada vez mais rico, agradável e civilizado.
A família é a célula da sociedade e o ambiente que estabelece as relações iniciais das pessoas. A força da família é a relação afetiva entre os parentes da família, criando assim um grande poder emocional que as instituições e a sociedade não possuem. A família é o berço que forma a base moral das pessoas. As tradições e costumes da família têm um grande impacto na educação da moral, do estilo de vida e da personalidade não só das crianças, mas também dos adolescentes.
A educação em instituições desempenha um papel muito importante na formação de ideais revolucionários para os alunos. A instituição é um ambiente disciplinado, profissional e educacional. A instituição é um lugar para educar os alunos com nobres ideais de vida e as qualidades exigidas e padrões éticos de um cidadão. No entanto, atualmente, devido a alguns efeitos negativos da economia de mercado, ela afetou parcialmente a função da educação moral, ideal e de estilo de vida da instituição para os alunos. A fim de melhorar a eficácia da educação de ideais revolucionários para os alunos, é necessário inovar tanto o conteúdo educacional quanto os métodos. Além disso, é importante melhorar a qualidade do corpo docente, em que cada professor deve sempre manter sua ética e conduta profissional, devendo ser sempre exemplar no estudo, na pesquisa, no ensino e no tratamento na vida para que os alunos sigam.
O papel da sociedade na educação de ideais revolucionários para os alunos se reflete na orientação de valores, padrões éticos e ideais de vida, e contribui para evitar que pensamentos prejudiciais no ambiente externo entrem no Vietnã, afetando negativamente os
ideais revolucionários de alunos. O poder da opinião pública é grande porque tem um forte impacto no comportamento das pessoas, mas a opinião pública é como uma faca de dois gumes. Se pudermos tirar proveito de uma opinião pública saudável, será muito eficaz para ajustar o comportamento humano de acordo com os valores morais tradicionais e os padrões sociais reconhecidos pelo povo vietnamita. Pelo contrário, a opinião pública insalubre afetará a consciência e o comportamento das pessoas com pensamentos distorcidos. Portanto, criar a opinião pública correta é uma medida muito importante para prevenir atos contrários aos interesses nacionais da comunidade, para proteger os valores tradicionais e os padrões éticos da nação que foram preservados por milhares de anos.
É necessário promover o papel da União da Juventude Comunista de Ho Chi Minh, da União dos Estudantes, da União das Mulheres etc. na crítica às manifestações de degradação moral, popularização, construção e consolidação das relações sociais, despertando as belas tradições culturais da nação. Além disso, também é necessário mobilizar e utilizar efetivamente os meios de divulgação e informação de massa para educar os ideais revolucionários para os estudantes, como incentivar e enaltecer os bons exemplos e boas ações; fornecendo informações saudáveis e produtos culturais com alto efeito educacional, enriquecendo o conhecimento e enriquecendo a vida espiritual dos alunos.
Como dito acima, a educação de ideais revolucionários desempenha um grande papel no processo de formação e desenvolvimento de ideais revolucionários para os estudantes. De acordo com o princípio do desenvolvimento da dialética materialista na filosofia marxista- leninista, todas as coisas e fenômenos do mundo existem em constante movimento, desenvolvimento e transformação (CONSELHO TEÓRICO CENTRAL, 2001). No entanto, sabemos que o movimento e o desenvolvimento de todas as coisas e fenômenos são sempre o resultado do processo de auto-movimento – que é determinado por fatores internos. Portanto, a educação só alcança resultados elevados quando há uma estreita combinação entre a educação da família, da escola e da sociedade com a autoeducação dos alunos de forma ativa, proativa e autoconsciente. A educação de ideais revolucionários para estudantes não é exceção a essa regra. O processo de autoeducação é a autodefesa, este processo exige que os alunos tenham alta vontade, energia e determinação para promover positividade, iniciativa e autodisciplina no processo de praticar a virtude e o talento. Este é um requisito muito sério do
processo de autoeducação, especialmente a autoconsciência. Sem autodisciplina, é impossível promover a positividade, a iniciativa e a criatividade na aprendizagem e na formação.
Para melhorar o papel e a eficácia do processo de autoeducação, os alunos devem participar ativa e conscientemente nas atividades dos sindicatos juvenis e estudantis, como atividades de voluntariado, movimentos para iniciar um negócio no futuro, ingressar em clubes, equipes, grupos. Este é um bom ambiente para os alunos se expressarem e, ao mesmo tempo, uma oportunidade para a sociedade reconhecer e valorizar melhor o papel dos alunos na causa da construção e defesa nacional. Pode-se dizer que promover o processo de autoeducação, promover a iniciativa e criatividade dos alunos na aprendizagem são o método de ensino muito importante que precisa ser promovido no contexto de forte desenvolvimento da atual revolução científica e tecnológica.
Com a intenção de aperfeiçoar a eficácia do processo de autoeducação dos alunos, é necessário ter liderança e gestão de forma científica, que não só estimule a necessidade de autoafirmação, o esforço dos alunos, mas também garanta que as atividades de autoeducação tenham a direção certa, conteúdo, plano claro e eficácia prática. Professores, dirigentes sindicais e associações precisam dar um bom exemplo de autoeducação e autodisciplina para os alunos seguirem, considere isso uma tarefa regular e de longo prazo.
A educação de ideais revolucionários para estudantes vietnamitas em geral e estudantes da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh em particular é agora uma questão importante relacionada à existência e desenvolvimento do país no processo de industrialização e modernização nacional e integração internacional. A educação dos ideais revolucionários para os estudantes é tanto uma meta, uma força motriz e uma exigência objetiva da causa de construir e defender a pátria socialista. Para melhorar a eficácia da educação dos ideais revolucionários para os alunos no processo de integração internacional, é necessário perceber adequadamente o papel e a posição dos alunos e a necessidade urgente dessa educação para eles. Ao mesmo tempo, é necessário perceber que a educação dos ideais revolucionários para os alunos é uma tarefa difícil, longa e complicada. Portanto, soluções eficazes podem ser construídas para formar, fomentar e desenvolver ideais revolucionários para estudantes em processo de integração internacional no Vietnã atualmente.

RESUMO: O atual processo de integração econômica internacional tem impactado fortemente percepções, pensamentos e sentimentos dos alunos e se reflete em todos os seus comportamentos de vida, afetando seus ideais revolucionários de maneiras positivas e negativas. Para promover os efeitos positivos trazidos pela integração internacional e limitar os negativos, a educação de ideais revolucionários tornou-se uma necessidade urgente fortalecer a educação moral e de estilo de vida, e promover ideais revolucionários para os alunos. Este artigo é o resultado de um estudo realizado com base em uma pesquisa com 667 alunos da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh de junho a agosto de 2021. Os resultados refletem plenamente a realidade dos ideais revolucionários da educação para alunos dessa universidade. Com base nisso, os autores propõem soluções

RESUMEN: El actual proceso de integración económica internacional ha tenido impacto en las percepciones, pensamientos y sentimientos de los estudiantes y se refleja en sus comportamientos vitales, afectando a sus ideales revolucionarios de forma positiva y negativa. Para promover los efectos positivos y limitar los negativos, la educación de los ideales revolucionarios se ha convertido en una necesidad urgente para fortalecer la educación moral y de estilo de vida, y promover estos ideales entre ellos. Este artículo es resultado de un estudio realizado a partir de una encuesta a 667 estudiantes de la Universidad de Tecnología y Educación de Ho Chi Minh entre junio y agosto de 2021. Los resultados reflejan la realidad de los ideales revolucionarios de la educación de los estudiantes de esta universidad. A partir de ahí, los autores proponen soluciones para mejorar la eficacia de los ideales revolucionarios de la educación en el contexto de integración internacional.

The current process of international economic integration has been having a strong impact on students’ perceptions, thoughts and feelings and it is reflected in all their living behaviors. The process of international integration affects students’ revolutionary ideals in both positive and negative ways. On the positive side, international economic integration is considered a driving force for social progress, provides favorable conditions and opportunities for students to learn, practice and develop themselves. Besides, international integration has also its downsides, negative impacts and gives rise to many complex social problems, thereby adversely affecting the process of forming, developing and realizing the revolutionary ideals of students. Referring to these negative impacts, our Party affirmed: “The market mechanism and the international integration, in addition to its great positive effects, have also revealed its negative side. Consequently, it has affected our people’s consciousness, ideology, morality and lifestyle” (COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM, 1998). In order to promote the positive effects brought by international integration and limit the negative ones, the education of revolutionary ideals for young people in general and students in particular has become an urgent requirement.
Around the issue of education of revolutionary ideals for young people in general and students in particular, in recent years, many authors have researched in different aspects and approaches. These have been presented in the form of books, theses, articles, and scientific research topics at all levels. Specifically, as for studies in the form of books, there are authors such as: Do Muoi (1995), Ho Duc Viet (1996), Dang Quoc Bao (1997), Doan Nam Dan (2002), Tran Quy Nhon (2005), Duong Tu Dam (2002), Doan Van Thai (2002), Pham Dinh Nghiep (2004), Nguyen Duc Tien (2005), Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (2007). These works only briefly assess the level of enlightenment of the socialist ideals of the young without going into specifics on each issue and even they have not mentioned the actual situation of developing the socialist ideals for young people in the current period. In the form of theses, dissertations, and research topics at all levels, there are works of the authors: State- level scientific project, code NN.7 in 1995 by Pham Tat Dong (editor), Doan Nam Dan (2000), Tran Van Mieu (2002), Diep Minh Giang (2005), Tran Dinh Bao (2007), Tran Van Hai (2007).
Currently, Education of revolutionary ideals plays a very important role in the process of building socialism in Vietnam. In order to successfully build socialism, there must be new socialist people, it means that there must be people who fully develop in capacity, physical strength, mental strength. Education is one of the most important methods to create socialist people—who are the comprehensively developed people, serve the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese state.
The main methods used in this article are qualitative and quantitative research. In the former, the authors mainly use secondary document analysis on the researches and the analysis of documents such as: books, dissertations, articles published in scientific research journals, statistics on websites, and reports of authorities at all levels. The purpose of the literature review is to find theoretical and practical instructions for the author to detect and analyze the research problem. At the same time, the literature review helps the authors to synthesize the necessary information and data in order to point out the gaps in documentation, the theoretical tools, and methods to identify new research tools and methods. In the latter, a survey method was accomplished by online questionnaire, and data processed by the SPSS statistical method.
The survey results were conducted with a sample of 289 students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education from June to August 2021. This sample included 32.2% female students (n = 215) and 67.8% male student (n = 452); the proportion of freshmen is 63.0% (n = 420), of sophomore is 26.2% (n = 175), of third-year students is 7.5% (n = 50), fourth-year students is 2.1% (n=14), and from fifth year or more is 1.2% (n = 8). Among students from the first year to students from the fifth year or more, the high-quality training system accounts for 37.0% of total students (n = 247), the mass system accounts for 63.0% of total students (n = 420), in the following sectors: Engineering (74.5%, n = 497), Economics (19.3%, n = 129), Foreign languages and fashion design (6.1%, n = 41).
Nowadays, the negative impacts of the dark side of the market economy and international integration, the resistance of hostile forces, the influence of toxic cultural currents have made a part of the adolescents in our country, including students, fade away the Party’s goals and ideals. Besides, they are not properly aware of the enemy’s conspiracies and tricks, follow the pragmatism, just like enjoyment, have laziness on learning and working, do not participating in mass activities, and fall into social evils. Therefore, grasping the transformation of revolutionary ideals of students in general and students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education in particular in the context of integration and development in Ho Chi Minh City is now really necessary to orient better plans and solutions for the education of revolutionary ideals. According to our survey results, the majority of students at the surveyed university believe that their revolutionary ideals transformation in the context of integration and development in Ho Chi Minh City today is both positive and negative, which accounts for the highest percentage (45.9%). The assessment on student’s revolutionary ideals transformation in the positive direction account for 42.4%, in the negative direction accounts for 1.6%, and 10.0% is the percentage of the “difficult to determine” assessment (Table 1).

In order to perceive and evaluate the transformation of students’ revolutionary ideals in the current context of integration and development in Ho Chi Minh City, their trust in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, and the reform policies initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam plays a main and important role. Because, if people’s morality and personality are developed incorrectly, they cannot become the future owner of the country. Moreover, they are also easily provoked, manipulated, and fall into the plot of peaceful evolution and riots. Thus, opportunism will easily prevail and develop. Therefore, discovering the causes of the revolutionary ideals’ deterioration of a part of students in Ho Chi Minh City today will help educational administrators, teachers and leaders at all levels to grasp the cause. On that basis, there are appropriate educational innovation solutions. According to our survey results, there are many reasons for the decline in revolutionary ideals of a part of students in Ho Chi Minh City today. In which, the impact of the social environment accounts for the highest proportion (35.6%), the assessment of “many students misperceive in their life views” accounting for 31.2%, the assessment of “moral education and popularization is still limited”, accounts for 21.0%, and the assessment of “lack of family care” accounts for 12.1% (Table 2).

The identification of the above causes reveals that education of revolutionary ideals is effective in developing human personality; this is a form so that people adapt and survive in all circumstances. The question is that how do we educate? By what method? Are the content and form suitable to the ethical, humanistic, cultural and political values? According to the point of view of Marxism-Leninism, education helps to train the fully developed human beings, those known to be imbued with the entire knowledge of mankind, of which communism is the result, because the future of mankind depends entirely on the education of the growing labor generation (MARX; ENGELS; LENIN; STALIN, 1967), in which, education to create the trust occupies the most important role. With many forms and contents of education of revolutionary ideals for students in the context of international integration, we have gradually created the trust, and built, consolidated and promoted the revolutionary ideals for the young generation, especially students who are studying at universities in the country. According to our survey results from students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, the majority of students now believe very strongly in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the reform policy initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam. Specifically, the percentage of students who have absolute trust and trust in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought is 97.5%, in the renovation line initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam is 97.7%. The rate of distrust is very low (only from 2.2% to 2.5%) (Table 3).

Although the vast majority of students in our survey sample clearly show their almost absolute trust, there is still a small group of students who have not put their trust in Marxism- Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the reform policy initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam (only from 2.2% to 2.5%). This reality requires the Party, State and sociopolitical organizations such as the Youth Union, the Student Union, the Vietnam Women’s Union, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front to pay more attention to the education and fostering of revolutionary ideals for students in order to successfully carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, build and develop the country in accordance with the socialist orientation set by the Party, Uncle Ho and our people. To fulfill this requirement, it is necessary to have accurate and objective assessments of revolutionary ideal education for students in the context of international integration in terms of content, form, methods, cognitive and educational subjects.
To develop solutions to improve the effectiveness of education of revolutionary ideals for students in the context of international integration in Vietnam today, one must know that it plays an important role in raising the sense of national self-respect, raising the revolutionary ideals in the process of national construction and defense. According to Marx, quality is what elevates people above all else, what adds value to their activities. We must choose our revolutionary ideals so that we are not slaves, and we can be creative in our own sphere.
An assessment of the content and form of education of revolutionary ideals for students according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought, moral example and style at universities today shows that, in order to provide resources for learners, the educational method that touches the heart is the most important one. As a result, the educational subjects understand what learners need and lack to support. Capturing the moral qualities and lifestyle of learners is one of the ways and methods to touch the hearts of learners, understand them better and provide resources for learners who need support. According to our research results, there are many moral qualities to foster revolutionary ideals for students such as patriotism; altruism, kindness, love for people; filial piety to grandparents, parents; solidarity and harmony with friends, brothers and sisters; respect, politeness and gratitude to teachers; obeying the law (Table 4).

From education that touches the hearts of learners, understanding learners’ intrinsic qualities, morals, and resources, the education of revolutionary moral ideals in universities is,
therefore, also more closely related to content and form. Specifically, in higher education, the qualities and ethics in the revolutionary ideals, that are focused and popularized, are patriotism and love for the people; courage, confidence; modesty, simplicity, thrift; solidarity, benevolence, altruism, tolerance; the will and determination to reach the better learning results; politeness, respect for others; protecting the natural environment (Table 5).

In the document of the 8th National Congress of Deputies, the Party determined that the education of political thought, training of revolutionary morality, and anti-individualism are important tasks, because, for the young generation, the care of education, fostering and training for comprehensive development of politics, ideology, morality, lifestyle, culture, health and profession, etc. will help to create jobs, develop talents and creativity, promote the role of pioneering in the cause of national construction and defense (COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM, 1998). Therefore, the whole Party seriously studied Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought. Each level of committee and each branch have a plan to periodically review the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament on improving revolutionary morality, and fighting individualism. In the document of the 10th National Congress of Deputies, our Party continues to adhere to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought, creatively applies them, develops them in accordance with Vietnamese realities, and firmly adheres to the goal of national independence and socialism (COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM, 2006):
Raise the political bravery and intellectual level of the entire Party, of each cadre and each party member; especially of the key leaders at all levels; so that they do not fluctuate under any circumstances;
Be steadfast in the reform policy, anti-dogmatism, anti-conservatism, anti-stagnation or anti-subjectivity, anti-haste, anti-the unprincipled reform;
Improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and theoretical work;
Continue to reform contents and methods, further improve the combativeness, persuasion and effectiveness of ideological popularization and study of Marxism- Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, the Party’s line and views, the State’s policies and laws; popularize and encourage new factors, the advanced examples, the examples of good people, good deeds; educate the patriotic, revolutionary traditions; renovate and improve the quality of political theory and civic education in the system of political institutions, and institutions in the national education system;
Every cadre and Party member must study and improve their political theory;
Formulate and implement regulations that all Party members are directly responsible for ideological work;
Key cadres of the Party Committee must regularly contact and have direct dialogue with the people, proactively grasp, evaluate, and forecast the ideological developments of cadres and party members and take timely measures;
Resolutely struggle to defeat all plots and peaceful evolution of hostile forces;
Actively prevent, fight, and criticize the self-evolution and self-transformation
manifestations within our country;
Overcome the deterioration in political thought, morality and lifestyle among a large number of cadres and party members;
Maintain unity in the Party, and social consensus;
Reform activities to celebrate major holidays in a practical and effective way.
Cultivating the revolutionary moral qualities, and fighting the individualism by studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example is a regular and long-term important task of cadres, party members, branches, party organizations and classes of people. Each cadre and party member constantly cultivates and practices revolutionary morality, and is truly an example of moral qualities, and lifestyle. The results of the process of education of revolutionary ideals, trust education in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the
leadership role of the Party are clearly reflected in the contents and forms of education to enhance the role of revolutionary ideals in the context of international integration.
Our research results show that students are well aware of the role of education of revolutionary ideals in the current international integration context, specifically in the fight against corruption, bureaucracy, democracy loss; maintaining the political stability and social security; promoting national cultural identity; continuing the campaign to build and correct the Party; strengthening the great national unity bloc. Furthermore, students understand that it is necessary to develop a socialist-oriented market economy; maintain the goal of national independence and socialism; combat the risk of deviating from socialism (Table 6).

The application of methods of teaching and popularizing the contents and forms in education of revolutionary ideals should be suitable to the actual situation, demands of society, the awareness and level of learners. Only in this way, can we attract learners and make education highly effective, thereby building the trust and happiness in students’ lifestyles, actions, and learning. Furthermore, it also creates a driving force of solidarity, mutual love, spirit and will to self-reliance in the construction and defense of the country. Specifically, the content of the education of revolutionary ideals curriculum in universities today has made learners happy when they help others in their times of difficulties and tribulation. Besides, learners know how to forgive others when they have regretted and corrected mistakes; they have solidarity and cooperation to create strength and effectiveness in work; they understand that participation in activities to build and protect the homeland is
the responsibility and obligation of students and youth; the protection of the environment and natural resources is also the responsibility of students and young people; the protection of traditional cultural values of the nation is also the responsibility of students and young people. Additionally, they know that it is necessary to actively participate in blood donation activities, volunteering; and they need to be proactive, positive, dynamic, creative in learning, working, and have a suitable lifestyle to the nature of the country’s future generations (Table 7).

In which, movements and activities are one of the contents included for education and popularization, and are highly appreciated by students (Table 8).
In our research, the survey results from students’ assessment of the content and form of revolutionary ideal education for students according to Ho Chi Minh’s thought, moral example and style at institutions currently show that both content and form are very rich,
attractive to learners. However, a small part of students think that the content is not appropriate, the form is boring, but this proportion is not high (2.8 %) (Table 9).

One of the issues of education of revolutionary ideals for students in the context of international integration is to uphold ideals and determination for the goal of building and defending the socialist fatherland. President Ho Chi Minh said that the practice of revolutionary struggle is the best place to educate ideals for the young generation. The enlightenment of ideals not only focuses on the perception but also manifests in the spirit and determination to realize the ideal. According to him, young people are the future owners of the country; therefore, right from the present, they must prepare to do that, being necessary to study hard politics, technology, culture, but the first thing is to practice and be imbued with socialist thought, and remove individualism… President Ho Chi Minh once emphasized that “Young people need to have the spirit and courage, creativity; they need to have the spirit of
enthusiasm and the spirit of moving forward, overcoming all difficulties and hardships to progress continuously” (HO, 2000).
In the education of young generation, the role of institutions and associations is very important. President Ho Chi Minh once emphasized the role of institutions and the education- training industry. It can be said that institutions are the most favorable environment for young people’s education in all aspects: cultivating the morality, the will, and practicing the required qualities and personality for a bright future. Besides, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is a revolutionary organization founded and trained by President Ho Chi Minh himself and the Communist Party of Vietnam. During the Vietnamese revolution, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union made great contributions to the nation’s revolutionary cause. This is both an organization and an environment for the patriotic youth to practice and dedicate. To promote the role of youth, Ho Chi Minh advised: “The Central Youth Union needs to further strengthen the education of patriotism, the class enlightenment and revolutionary morality for union members and young people” (HO, 2000).
In the context of international integration, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is increasingly promoting its role, standing side by side with the youth and students in orienting, fostering and cultivating the revolutionary ideals. In our research results, activities aimed at the education of revolutionary ideals for students at schools and classes often involve educational subjects such as school administrators (accounting for 17.8 % of participants); the (official and visiting) lecturers of the Faculty of Political Theory (accounting for 22.3% of participants), Student Union (accounting for 24.4% of participants), Youth Union (accounting for 26.1% of participants), the academic advisors (accounting for 9.5% of participants).
Research results have shown that students can access through many different sources of information such as: through mass media (television, Internet, books, etc.) (accounting for 22.4%); through the subject of Ho Chi Minh’s thought, the Party History, Marxist-Leninist Philosophy (19.9%); through activities launched by the Youth Union and Student Union (18.5%); the School’s Party Committee, the Faculty of Political Theory (15.3%), and through the launch of the School’s Board of Directors and student clubs (13.5% and 10.4%, respectively) (Table 10).

Research results in Table 11 show that most students are imbued with revolutionary ideals and concretize the revolutionary ideals into regular actions such as having a healthy lifestyle and not falling into evils society; having a simple, thrifty lifestyle; having a spirit of learning and be modest; having a neat, tidy, hygienic and punctual lifestyle; being honest, objective, critical and self-critical; promoting the tradition of “drink water, remember its source”, arousing the spirit of community solidarity, the spirit of mutual love, mutual assistance of the Vietnamese people; being positive, proactive, creative in learning, and self- sacrificing for the community, bravely overcoming all difficulties for noble purposes and ideals. This clearly shows our trust in the revolutionary ideals initiated and led by our Party, in the Party's line, in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's Thought.

The analysis results reveal that the majority of students have good sociopolitical consciousness. They are imbued with moral values and revolutionary ideals. Turning ideals into actions in lifestyle, actions; perfecting your own personality and ethics are to meet the needs of international integration. In addition, there is a part of students who are still indifferent to politics and the situation of the country. They do not have their own opinions, not take a firm stance and not grasp the education of revolutionary ideals in schools. Moreover, they are indifferent to social developments, lack the trust in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s Thought and the Party’s leadership, as well as the country’s renovation. This will lead to being easily provoked, manipulated, and seduced. This is an alarming problem for all levels and sectors, especially the subjects that implement education, because the hostile forces are trying their best to oppose and destroy our country with the aim of transforming ideology and lowering the Party’s prestige in the students’ perception.
First, education, training, fostering and creating all favorable conditions for students to strive, train and develop comprehensively both physically, mentally and spiritually to meet the requirements of the cause of national development. Those are people who live with ambition, high ideals, knowledge, health, and a sense of civic responsibility. To do this, it is necessary to strengthen the education and training of young people in the following aspects: political qualities, revolutionary ethics, improving the professional qualifications and skills, etc.
Second, organizing extensive campaigns and movements to both educate and train students such as: the campaign of “Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” to help students to build, cultivate, foster revolutionary morality, live with ideals, trust, dreams and ambitions; or the movement of “Emulate, volunteer, build and defend the Fatherland” to mobilize students to develop their full potentials, actively study and practice so that they can contribute their talents and youth to the cause of national construction and defense; and the movement of “All people build a cultural life” to help students to become aware of their civic responsibility, have compassion, solidarity, mutual love and affection, live a cultured life, have a village love and a neighborly love. Through these campaigns and movements, students gradually form dynamism, creativity; they dare to think, dare to do; they have will and energy, bravery and trust; even they are determined to bring all their talents, ability and youth to contribute to the construction and development of an increasingly rich, nice, civilized country.
The family is the cell of society and the environment that establishes the initial relationships of people. The strength of the family is the emotional relationship between relatives in the family, thereby creating a great emotional power that institutions and society do not have. Family is the cradle that forms the moral foundation in people. Traditions and manners in the family have a great impact on the education of morality, lifestyle and personality not only for children but also for teenagers.
Education in institutions plays a very important role in forming revolutionary ideals for students. The institution is a disciplined, professional, educational environment. The institution is a place to educate students with noble living ideals and the required qualities and ethical standards of a citizen. However, at present, due to some negative effects of the market economy, it has partly affected the function of the moral, ideal, lifestyle education of the institution for students. In order to improve the effectiveness of education of revolutionary ideals for students, it is necessary to innovate both educational content and methods. In addition, it is important to improve the quality of the teaching staff, in which each teacher must always maintain their professional ethics and behaviors, and must always be exemplary in studying, researching, teaching, and treating in life so that students follow.
The role of society in the education of revolutionary ideals for students is reflected in the orientation of values, ethical standards, and ideals of life, and it contributes to preventing harmful thoughts in the external environment from entering Vietnam, thereby adversely affecting the revolutionary ideals of students. The power of public opinion is great because it has a strong impact on people’s behavior, but public opinion is like a double-edged sword. If we can take advantage of healthy public opinion, it will be very effective in adjusting human behavior in accordance with traditional moral values and the social standards recognized by Vietnamese people. On the contrary, unhealthy public opinion will affect people’s consciousness and behavior with distorted thoughts. Therefore, creating the right public opinion is a very important measure to prevent acts which run counter to the national interests of the community, to protect the traditional values and ethical standards of the nation that have been preserved for thousands of years.
It is necessary to promote the role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Student Union, the Women’s Union etc. in criticizing the manifestations of moral degradation, popularization, building and consolidating social relations, arousing the fine cultural traditions of the nation. In addition, it is also necessary to mobilize and effectively use the means of popularization and mass information to educate revolutionary ideals for students, such as encouraging and praising the good examples and good deeds; providing healthy information and cultural products with high educational effect, enriching knowledge as well as enriching the spiritual life of students.
As stated above, education of revolutionary ideals plays a great role in the process of forming and developing revolutionary ideals for students. According to the principle of the development of the materialist dialectic in Marxist-Leninist philosophy, all things and phenomena of the world exist in constant movement, development and transformation (CENTRAL THEORETICAL COUNCIL, 2001). However, we know that the movement and development of all things and phenomena is always the result of the process of self- movement—that is determined by internal factors. Therefore, education only achieves high results when there is a close combination between the education of the family, school and society with the self-education of students in an active, proactive and self-conscious manner. Education of revolutionary ideals for students is no exception to that rule. The self-education process is self-advocacy, this process requires students to have high will, energy and determination to promote positivity, initiative and self-discipline in the process of practicing the virtue and talent. This is a very serious requirement of the self-education process, especially self-awareness. Without self-discipline, it is impossible to promote positivity, initiative and creativity in learning and training.
In order to improve the role and effectiveness of the self-education process, students must actively and consciously participate in activities of youth unions and student unions such as volunteering activities, movements for starting a business in the future, joining clubs, teams, groups. This is a good environment for students to express themselves, and, at the same time, an opportunity for society to better recognize and appreciate the role of students in the cause of national construction and defense. It can be said that promoting the self-education process, promoting the initiative and creativity of students in learning are the very important teaching method that needs to be promoted in the context of strong development of the current scientific and technological revolution.
In order to improve the effectiveness of students’ self-education process, it is necessary to have leadership and management in a scientific way, which not only stimulates the need for self-affirmation, students’ efforts but also ensures self-education activities have the right direction, content, clear plan and practical effectiveness. Teachers, union officials and associations need to set a good example of self-education and self-discipline for students to follow, consider it a regular and long-term task.
The education of revolutionary ideals for Vietnamese students in general and students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education in particular is now an important issue related to the existence and development of the country in the process of national industrialization and modernization and the international integration. Education of revolutionary ideals for students is both a goal, a driving force and an objective requirement of the cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland. In order to improve the effectiveness of the education of revolutionary ideals for students in the process of international integration, it is necessary to properly perceive the role and position of students and the urgent requirement of this education for them. At the same time, it is necessary to realize that education of revolutionary ideals for students is a difficult, long and complicated task. Therefore, effective solutions can be built to form, foster and develop revolutionary ideals for students in the process of international integration in Vietnam currently.
